What this page means
This page explains the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rights relevant to website enquiries. It complements the privacy policy; it is not a certificate, external audit result or declaration that every organisational compliance measure has been verified.
Poland is the operator’s registered-office country. Legal identity, the full registered address, actual provider arrangements and retention procedures still need to be completed in the draft privacy notice.
Where to send a request
Email info@aioscope.com with a subject such as “Privacy request”. Explain which enquiry or information you are asking about and the outcome you want. Where possible, write from the email address used for your enquiry. A request is free in the ordinary case; only the exceptions allowed by law may justify a fee or refusal.
Only proportionate identity verification should be requested. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information unless a specific, justified request explains why they are needed.
Rights available under the GDPR
- Access: ask whether your personal data is processed and obtain relevant information and a copy.
- Rectification: ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
- Erasure and restriction: request deletion or limits on use when the legal conditions apply.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Direct-marketing objections have specific protection.
- Portability: receive eligible data in a reusable format where the relevant legal basis and automated-processing conditions apply.
- Consent: withdraw consent for any activity relying on it, without affecting lawful earlier processing.
These rights have conditions and exceptions. For example, a legal retention duty may prevent immediate deletion. The website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on you.
How requests should be handled
Requests must be handled without undue delay, normally within one month of receipt. A lawful extension of up to two further months may be needed for complex or numerous requests; the reason and extension must be communicated within the first month. If a request cannot be fulfilled, the response must explain the reason and available complaint or judicial options.
Information relevant to your request may need to be located in enquiry correspondence and with the providers handling it. This page does not promise that a request will override legal duties or another person’s rights.
Complaints and independent information
You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the authority in the EEA country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Poland, the authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). You do not have to contact aioscope first to use that right.

Website enquiries and future services
For personal data submitted through the enquiry forms, the website operator determines why the information is collected and how it is used. This differs from a future assessment performed on a customer’s behalf, where the parties’ respective controller or processor roles need to be determined separately.
Before any service involving customer-system personal data begins, the parties must agree the authorised scope, roles and any necessary data-processing terms. This website notice does not itself create an Article 28 processing agreement or authorise access to customer data.
