What these terms cover

These terms describe use of the aioscope website and its enquiry channels. The website introduces work on discovering AI agents, understanding data access and enforcing least privilege. It provides information for business customers, potential investors and people interested in future collaboration.

These website terms do not themselves define a paid audit, software subscription, investment arrangement or employment contract. Any such relationship requires separately agreed terms.

Enquiries, proposals and pricing

Submitting a form requests contact only. It does not place an order, reserve capacity, confirm eligibility, create a payment obligation or automatically form a contract. Receiving an acknowledgement does not mean that a service or opportunity has been accepted.

Any displayed pricing is indicative business pricing, excluding VAT where stated. Final scope, deliverables, availability, timing, charges and applicable taxes are confirmed in an individual proposal. A paid service begins only after the relevant parties expressly agree the proposal and service terms. No website statement guarantees availability or a delivery date.

Security work requires authorisation

Do not submit passwords, API keys, access tokens, production data, confidential customer records or other sensitive material through these forms. Initial enquiries should describe the situation without disclosing protected information.

Any assessment involving access to systems or data requires an agreed scope and explicit authorisation from someone entitled to grant it. Sending an enquiry does not authorise production testing, penetration testing or changes to your systems. Any necessary confidentiality, access and data-processing arrangements must be agreed before such work starts.

Careers and investor contact

Career areas describe potential collaboration as aioscope grows; they are not a guarantee of an open vacancy, interview or employment. An expression of interest creates no employment or contractor relationship.

Investor information and contact forms invite a conversation. They are not an offer of securities, investment advice, a funding commitment or a guarantee of returns. Any investment would require separate documentation and applicable legal checks.

Responsible use and ownership
